Q: I would like to know the test request procedure.

A: Test requests can be submitted in person or via courier.

Required Documents: 1 copy of the Ballistic Test Request Form, 1 copy of the Business Registration Certificate.
Q: Is it possible to re-issue a test report?
A: Yes, re-issuance is possible. You can submit a ‘Request Form for Report Re-issuance.’ A fee of 3,000 KRW (VAT excluded) will apply.
Q: What is the validity period of the test report?
A: There is no separately designated validity period for the report. Its validity depends on whether the submitting institution accepts the report’s date.
Q: What is KOLAS?
A: The Korea Laboratory Accreditation Scheme (KOLAS) is a system that officially recognizes the technical competence of testing, inspection, and calibration laboratories based on established assessment criteria (KS Q ISO/IEC 17025).
Q: When is it possible to issue a KOLAS report?
A: A KOLAS report can be issued when testing is conducted for items that fall under our accredited KOLAS scope.
Q: I need proof that your organization is a state-certified testing institution.
